This goes straight to the England Athletics as their affiliation fee. They will keep your information on their central data base and will use this to issue you with a personal number. This athlete number will be required to enable you to compete.
If this section is not completed on the Membership form and the payment is not made,
you will not be allowed to enter any competition events.
